Psilo LLC (“Psilo”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) operates the Psilo mobile application (the “App”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information from users of Psilo (“you”).
INFORMATION WE COLLECT
- Username and optional profile photo
- Gaming-related preferences you choose to provide
- Basic device and usage data
- Authentication credentials for sign-in (Apple, Google, or email)
All data is stored securely using Firebase services.
DATA USAGE
We use collected data for:
- Account creation and authentication
- Displaying user identity within the App
- Enabling core functionality
- Improving platform reliability and user safety
DATA SHARING
We do not sell, rent, or trade any user data. Your data is not shared with third parties except:
- Firebase services for storage, authentication, and security
- Legal authorities if required by law
USER RESPONSIBILITY
You may only submit content and personal data you have rights to provide.
DATA RETENTION AND DELETION
You may request account deletion at any time by contacting:

Upon deletion, associated account data is removed from Firebase unless retention is required by law.
SECURITY
We use secure authentication and encryption methods provided by Firebase and platform-level security tools. However, no system is 100% secure.
CHILD PRIVACY
Psilo is not intended for users under the age required by their local jurisdiction to consent to data processing under applicable laws.
CHANGES

Welcome to Psilo. By accessing or using the Psilo mobile application (the “App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms.
ACCEPTABLE USE
You agree not to:
- Harass, threaten, or abuse other users
- Impersonate another person
- Upload illegal, harmful, or offensive content
- Attempt to exploit or reverse-engineer the App
- Use Psilo for fraudulent or destabilizing activity
ACCOUNT
You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of your account. We may suspend or remove accounts that violate these terms.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content, design, assets, and branding of Psilo are owned by Psilo LLC.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Psilo LLC shall not be liable for:
- App downtime or interruptions
- User interactions or disputes
- Loss of data or access
TERMINATION
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or pose risk to the platform.
MODIFICATIONS
We may update these Terms. Continued use of the App indicates acceptance of revised versions.
